Housing and homelessness

Find out what the latest data is telling us two years on from the launch of Ask Izzy, the mobile website that connects people in need to housing, meals, support and counselling and more.

When Alicia Wheatley, Senior Adviser Aboriginal Engagement and Outcomes at DHHS, noticed a woman looking distressed and helpless at a community food bank, she was compelled to extend a helping hand.

We ask that you join us in supporting families across Australia who are struggling to find shelter or put food on the table.

What makes a good community? Is it a cohesive, safe and prosperous place to live? Free of poverty and crime? Does it provide a good quality of life for everyone who lives there?

We're proud to announce that our inclusive new design for Ask Izzy is now live. As well as a friendlier and moe inclusive feel, we've made it easier to find Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander services.

Infoxchange teamed up with Micah Projects in 2007 to build our first customisable version of our client and case management application, SRS. In fact, Micah Projects were our very first SRS clients.

With a new look and feel for the site to be released in October, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander flags have now been added to search results and service listings.

We talk to Launch Housing about what sets our client and case management system apart in the not-for-profit sector.

See how far we've come with our client and case management system over the last decade.
