1. Ready – For those just starting their journey in tech, providing foundational skills and knowledge.

2. Revive – Aimed at individuals who have taken a career break and wish to re-enter the tech industry, offering refresher courses and up-to-date training.

3. Reboot – Designed for those looking to switch careers or upskill, focusing on training and practical experience in the tech field.

When there’s an intake for Tech Ready, this program is here to assist you in transitioning into a fulfilling career in technology.

You’ll be paired with a buddy to guide you through a tailored and individualised plan, ensuring your successful integration into Infoxchange.

For people with limited or no experience

Our Tech Ready program offers the opportunity to earn a certificate or qualification that will equip you with the skills needed to start your career in tech.

Training Format

On-the-job training provided in a hybrid setting, combining face-to-face and online sessions with your manager or buddy. You’ll also receive training via a training provider to support your traineeship.

Who Can Apply

The program is open to individuals who are not currently in full-time training or employment. We encourage applications from those experiencing barriers, social disadvantage, or from underrepresented groups.

Cost

The program is free – course fees are funded by Infoxchange.

Please note that our traineeships are available periodically when we have roles open.

For people with some technical skills (basic or entry-level skills)

Full-time or part-time paid traineeship or entry-level role (depending on role availability and applicant needs). You’ll be combining paid work at Infoxchange with on-the-job training or completing a traineeship where you’ll undertake a nationally recognised qualification.

Full-time or part-time in a hybrid setting for the duration of the program.

Who Can Apply

People with entry-level technical skills equivalent to entry-level/junior level.

Remuneration

Training costs are funded or co-funded by Infoxchange. Your remuneration will be according to your role, level and experience.

For people with previous experience or transferable skills.

Designed for people who are returning to the workforce after taking a break for whatever reason. You’ll be supported with a structured plan to transition back into the workforce customised to your needs.

Full-time or part-time in a hybrid setting for the duration of the program.

Who Can Apply

People who are returning to the workforce after a break and have relevant transferable skills.

Remuneration

Your remuneration will be according to your role, level and experience.
